For more than a quarter-century, the LA Lloyd Rock 30 Countdown has brought rock fans closer to the songs, stories and artists shaping the format. In 2026, the nationally syndicated program celebrates 26 years on the air—a milestone built on Lloyd’s lifelong connection to radio and rock music.

LA Lloyd launched the Rock 30 on July 4, 2000. The weekly three-hour program counts down 30 of rock radio’s biggest songs, but the music chart is only part of its identity.
