Kid Rock Releases New Album Halfway 2 Jesus

Kid Rock has released Halfway 2 Jesus, his new 17-track album, through Top Dog Records. The project arrived October 17, 2026, following the October 1 release of its lead single, “James 1:17 (Jesus Is King).”

The album puts faith at the center while keeping the mix of rock, country and hip-hop that has defined Kid Rock’s catalog. His official site shared an updated track listing shortly before release, and his media profile now lists Halfway 2 Jesus as his latest album.

A Detroit reunion on the record

The final track listing includes Eminem on “Heal My Faith” and Lil Wayne on “7 Sins.” Gary LeVox and Jimmie Allen join Kid Rock on the title track. The Eminem appearance reconnects two Detroit artists whose recorded history reaches back to Kid Rock’s 1998 breakthrough album, Devil Without a Cause.

“James 1:17” opens the chapter

“James 1:17 (Jesus Is King)” introduced the album’s direction at the start of October. The title references the New Testament verse about every good and perfect gift, while also nodding to Kid Rock’s given middle name, James.
