CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT · FAN SAFETY

Fraud and Impersonation Warning

Please protect yourself from fraudulent accounts. Scammers are increasingly using sophisticated methods—including artificial intelligence, copied photographs, fabricated messages and look-alike social-media profiles—to impersonate CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT, artists, bands, band members and their representatives.

Only trust CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT accounts listed on our official website. For an artist or band, verify accounts and representatives through that artist’s official website or other clearly identified official channels.

CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT Will Never Contact You Privately To:

  • Request money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfers.
  • Sell meet-and-greet access, tickets or giveaway prizes through a personal account.
  • Request passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information.
  • Require payment, taxes, fees or shipping charges to receive a CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT contest or giveaway prize.

Important: Legitimate artist tickets, merchandise and experiences may be offered through official artist websites, venues, festivals and authorized ticketing partners. Never send payment based solely on a direct message, friend request or unfamiliar account.

CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT may feature or promote an artist without representing that artist. Coverage does not establish an agency, management or endorsement relationship unless we clearly state otherwise.

Contests and Giveaways

There is never a purchase or payment required to receive a legitimate CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT prize. CRANKiT ENTERTAINMENT handles the prize and applicable shipping costs unless the official published rules clearly state otherwise.

Winners are announced through our established official process and then contacted for confirmation. We will never require a winner to pay a fee before receiving a prize.

  2. Do not click unfamiliar links or download attachments.
