Formed in Texas, ZZ Top built one of rock’s most enduring catalogs by pairing blues-rooted guitar with lean rhythms, humor and an unmistakable visual identity. Albums including Tres Hombres, Fandango!, Eliminator and Afterburner produced songs such as “La Grange,” “Tush,” “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Legs.”

Billy F Gibbons continues the band with Elwood Francis following the deaths of longtime members Dusty Hill in 2021 and Frank Beard in 2026. The official ZZ Top website confirms that the band is continuing to tour in accordance with Beard’s wishes.
